The invention discloses a production process of black garlic moisturizing cream, which comprises a water and stirring pot, an oil phase pot, a water phase pot and an emulsifying pot, wherein the black garlic moisturizing cream comprises the following components: 30% of moisturizing component, 40% of whitening component and 30% of anti-wrinkle component, accurately weighing the required materials according to the formula of the black garlic moisturizing cream, putting the materials into water and a stirring pot, adding disinfection softened water into the water and the stirring pot, and heating to 100 ℃ for later use; adding the oil phase into the oil phase pot, and heating while stirring; adding the water phase into the water phase pot, and heating while stirring; vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to ensure that the emulsifying pot is in a vacuum state, and respectively pumping the oil phase in the oil phase pot and the water phase in the water phase pot into the emulsifying pot to heat for 10 minutes; cooling the emulsifying pot to 40-50 ℃, adding essence into the emulsifying pot, and stirring for one hour by a stirrer to obtain a finished product.
